Cable Requirements
The maximum distance of the wiring is limited in the DT system. Using different cables may also
affect the maximum distance which the system can reach.

DIP Switch Setting
The DIP switches are designed to set the code for the outdoor stations and monitors. There are
two states for each DIP switch, please refer to the table below:

SVT-2 Outdoor Station A DIP setting:
Total 3 bits can be configured, bit-1 and bit-2 are used to assign ID code for the outdoor station,
bit-3 is used to match the video impedance.The switches can be modified either before or after
installation.
Note: if the video impedance need to match, please set the bit-3 on.

ID = 0(00), set to the first outdoor station

There are 3 DIP switches in total. Bits 1 and 2 are reserved and must be on the default position.
The Bit 3 is used to configure the position of each indoor monitor in the connection line. It must be set
to ON if the indoor monitor is in the end of the line, parallel connection, or connected to a SVT-2
DBC-4 module. It must be set to OFF if the indoor monitor is in the middle of the line (daisy chain
connection)
