This sensor is designed to be
mounted on the wall of a
building or on a pole.
Ensure the sensor is installed
the right way up.
Mount the sensor so that when viewed from the front, the
horizontal zone is parallel to the ground. Additionally,
ensure that the sensor is not at an angle when viewed
from the side.
The detection distance may change because of the following.

This sensor is set to detect changes in far infrared
radiation energy given off by moving bodies.
Accordingly, please be aware that if there is a
similar change in the detection environment for a
different reason, the sensor may not be able to
make this distinction, resulting in a false
detection.
Remove all obstacles

area, they may not be
