• Neverdisablesecuritydevicesanddonottrytoadjustthem.
• Besuretoconsiderthefollowinghandlingtechniquesand
precautions:
• Griptheapplianceatitsbase
• Usesafetyclothingwhereappropriate,e.g.gloves,safety
footwear.
• Ensuresafeliftingtechniquesareused:
• Keepbackstraight.
• Avoidtwistingatthewaist.
• Avoidupperbody/topheavybending.
• Alwaysgripusingthepalmofthehand.
• Usedesignatedhandholds.
• Keeploadasclosetobodyaspossible.
• Alwaysuseassistanceifrequired.
• Undernocircumstancesmusttheuserinterferewithoradjust
sealedparts.
• Whenassemblingtheconnections,correctlypositiontheseals
toavoidanyleakageofwater.
• Thisappliancecontainsmetalparts(components)andcare
shouldbetakenwhenhandlingandcleaning,withparticular
regardtoedges.
Thebasicsafetyinstructionsmustbefollowedbeforeattempting
tomaintainorreplacespareparts:
• Stoptheappliance.
• Electricallyisolatetheappliancefromthepowersupply.
• Hydraulicallyisolatetheapplianceusingtheisolationvalvesif
provided.
• Shouldyouneedtoreplacehydrauliccomponents,drainthe
appliance.
• Protectalltheelectricalcomponentsfromwaterwhileworking
ontheappliance.
• Useonlyoriginalspareparts.
• UseonlynewO-ringsandgaskets.
• Afterhavingcompletedworkonwatercarryingcomponents,
checkfortheirtightness.
• Whenworkontheapplianceiscompleted,performan
operationaltestandcheckforsafety.

Important: any action carried out on the refrigerant
circuit must be performed by qualified personnel.
- UseonlyR410Arefrigerant.
• Thetoolsusedforcharging,formeasuringpressure,for
creatingavacuumandfortherecoveryofthefluidmustbe
compatiblewithandemployedsolelyforR410A.
• Weldingistobecarriedoutwithnitrogenandthecircuit’sair-
tightnessistobetestedunderpressure,withnitrogen.
• Refillingmustbeeffectedduringtheliquidphase.
• Incaseofleakage,donotaddfluid:draintheremaining
fluidfromthecircuitandeliminate,inaccordancewiththe
applicableregulations.

Evacuating refrigerant into the atmosphere is
prohibited. The refrigerant must be properly
recovered in a container suitable for recycling.
• Createavacuuminthecircuitwithamaximumpressureof30
mbar(staticpressure).
• Bleedthecircuitbeforeanyweldingwork.

and filling of the circuit. The gases emitted during the
combustion of the refrigerant are flammable.
