Maintenance
l
Always disconnect the test leads from energised circuits before opening the
housing or the battery compartment.
l
Refrain from using the device and have it repaired by qualified personnel in
case of malfunction.
l
Do not use the meter unless the back panel and the battery cover are in place
and securely fastened.
l
Use a damp cloth and mild detergent for cleaning purposes. Never apply
abrasives or solvents to the meter.
2. DESCRIPTION
This meter is a professional auto-ranging
measuring instrument. Consult figure 2 and
read the explanation for the various numbered
controls in order to familiarise yourself with the
functions and keys of the front panel.
Digital Display
All measured values are displayed on an
LCD with 3200 points. The device is
equipped with a 33-segment analogue bar
graph. The device provides an automatic
polarity indication, decimal point, AC & DC

Push this key to select the manual range selection mode or to change ranges.
