Small-scale spray attachment
Before using the attachment, read these operating instructions and familiarise
yourself with the operating instructions for the basic unit. The safety instructions
for the basic unit apply to this small-scale spray attachment.
General instruction
The small-scale spray attachment was developed for applying water-soluble
paints and lacquers as well as paints and lacquers containing solvents.
Thanks to its particularly fine spray jet the attachment allows direct paint
application and thus the coating of thin, small and filigree objects. It
is excellently suitable for detailed and creative work.
The special form of the 250-ml small-scale container makes it possible to mix small
quantities of valuable paint and to spray the paint without residues.

Preparation of the Coating Material
The paints usually need to be diluted for use with the spray gun. The small-scale spray
attachment can be used to process coating materials up to a maximum flow time (viscosity)
of 30 seconds.
Measuring the Viscosity (Fig. 2)
1. Stir the coating material thoroughly before measuring.
2. Dip the viscosity test cup (16) completely into the coating material.
3. Hold the test cup up and measure the time in seconds until the liquid empties out.
