not in the carburetor! It could damage the O-rings located there. This treatment helps to prevent corrosion
and subsequent start-up difficulties if the engine is not used for long periods of time!
5. Finally, the outside of the motor must be cleaned with methanol or petroleum. For this purpose, no
gasoline or similar material may be used, which will damage the silicone fuel tubing! Caution! The rear
crankshaft bearings of this engine has a specific plastic part. If the front bearing should be replaced, and
therefore the front crankcase is heated, the temperature at the rear bearing must not be higher than 120
°, otherwise the bearing will be destroyed.
Starting the cold motor with bold needle-setting
• A lot of white exhaust gases exits. Dull “4-stroke” - exhaust noise.
• Nozzle needle is closed a bit, speed increases, exhaust gases are less and gray. Bright “2-stroke” - ex-
haust noise.
• Continue to closing the needle, exhaust noise is uniform and with a bright tone which becomes higher
when closing the needle further. Exhaust gases decreases again.
• Continue closing the nozzle needle, highest speed is reached, but it decreases again until the engine is
stopped, when continuing closing the nozzle needle.
• Now nozzle needle is opened again 20 - 30 °: the optimal setting is found. The speed is 200-300 RPM
lower than the maximum speed. A few gray exhaust fumes are visible. Remember this setting!

Warranty
This engine is using the best materials and in compliance with the strictest engineering-based standards, and
was manufactured with the use of advanced precision manufacturing equipment and device. Nevertheless,
the high pressures to which it is exposed when operated in racing cars, and by using high performance fuels,
which have a very high percentage of nitro methane, is a source of danger to which the manufacturer has no
influence. We therefore regret that our normal warranty conditions to this engine does not apply, ie. that there
is no warranty for the wear of materials – or damages that are made in its connection.
