remove the inlet filter from its socket 25, disconnect the bag full sensor tube and push out
the safety valve 28.
Disconnect the PCB connector 33.
Remove the motor 13 from the body 2.
Bend out the shock absorber 19 catches to take off the motor casing 17 and remove the
damping inserts 32.
Remove two screws 104 mounting the triac plate 35 from the motor,disconnect the
connector between the PCB and the stator.
Bend out the shock absorber collar 19, remove it from the motor.
Remove the motor guard 18 from the body 2, then remove the lining 36 and seal 31.
Remove the PCB 33 from its guides in the body. Disconnect the strip socket on the PCB,
then remove the connector from the switch 26.
Lift the cord rewinder 27 and place it where the motor is.
Bend out three catches z2 of the body (fig. 2)and push out the rewinder insert 12. Pass
the power cord plug through the opening and remove the rewinder.
Remove two screws 105 from the inside of the body and release fourcatchesfixing the
button cover 4.Remove the switch button 6 and the rewinder button 5 from the button
cover, loosen screw 105 and remove the control PCB 34.
Remove the screws 105 from the handle 21 and remove the handle insert 22, then
release the handle from the button cover 4.
Unscrew two screws 103 securing the electrobrush socket to the body. Put the socket
through the opening in the body and remove the PCB 33.
Use a screwdriver to pry the switch 26 and remove it from its socket in the body. Remove
the springs 41 from the sleeves in the body.
Bend out the catches to remove the wheels 38 from the sleeve in the body.
Remove the seal 31 from outlet filter area of the body 2.
In order to disassemble the remote assembly 559.0050 from the hose handle:
1. separate the suction hose (tube) from the handle 539.0001
2. slide a rod with a thickness of approx. 5 mm, length of approx. 150-200 mm with a
flattened head (or a flathead screwdriver) towards the technological opening, until it
touches the remote.
Use sufficient force to disengage the remote control from the handle.
