ASSEMBLY
Assembly of 1600 vacuums
Vacuum cleaner assembly follows the disassembly in reverse, but attention should
be paid to proper execution of certain actions:
When inserting the cord rewinder 27 into the body 2, secure it properly in the sockets.
The rewinder's pin should line up with the socket located above the rewinder insert's
opening 12, the rewinder's fin should be located between the ribs in the rectangular
pocket in the body 2, and the body of the cord rewinder 27 should be supported by the
longitudinal rib on the bottom of the body 2.
When installing the plate 3, first connect the indicator's tube from the PCB 33 to the
connector, then place the fin protruding from it under the rewinder's hook catch I and
place the rewinder in the socket of a plate 3.
The tube from the motor guard 18 should lead to the outlet filter soiling sensor so that it
does not touch any moving parts on the rewinder and to avoid crushing or breaking it.
Electrical connections must be done strictly according to the diagram of electrical
connections. Electrical wiring should not touch any movable parts of the rewinder or any
sharp edges of the body and plate.
All parts and components should be assembled without the use of excessive force.
In case of excessive soiling of the paper, inlet or outlet filter, replace it according to
the manual.
Assembly of the cord rewinder
Rewinder assembly must be carried out in reverse order to its removal with special attention
to the following:
Mae sure the spring basket is tightly inserted into the spool.
Before placing the ring holder on the body axle, cover the rings' tracks with a thin layer of
petroleum jelly.
After winding the cable on the spool, pre-tighten the spring by turning the spool 5 times.
