Check the computer connectivity cable. Press Start/Stop to continue
Remove the half notes. Press Start/Stop to continue counting
Old bills may cause this issue. Check the bills. If not, decrease the hopper height (see page 10)
Remove the bills. Decrease the hopper distance (see page 10)
Remove the shorter/longer bill. Press Start/Stop to resume counting
Recount the bills. Increase hopper distance if problem persists (see page 10)
