Required
No message on display. Power has been cut off
to the spa.
The control panel will be disabled until power returns.
Spa settings are preserved until the next power-up.
“Overheat” - The spa has shut down. One of the
sensors has detected that the spa water is 110°F
(approximately 43.3°C).
DO NOT ENTER THE WATER. Remove the spa
cover and allow water to cool. At 107°F, the spa
should automatically reset. If spa does not reset, shut
off the power to the spa and contact your authorized
dealer or service organization.
“Overheat” – The spa has shut down. One of the
sensor has detected that the spa is 110

the power to the spa and call your authorized dealer.
“Ice” – Potential freeze conditions detected.
No action required. The pumps and the blower will
automatically activate regardless of spa status.
Spa is shut down.
The sensor plugged into the sensor “A” jack is not
working. If the problem persists, contact your
authorized dealer. The error may appear temporarily
in an overheat situation and disappear once the
heater cools.
Spa is shut down.
The sensor plugged into the sensor “B” jack is not
working. If the problem persists, contact your
authorized dealer. The error may appear temporarily
in an overheat situation and disappear once the
heater cools.
Spa is shut down.
Sensors are out of balance. If this is alternating with
the temperature, it may just be temporary. If the
problem persists, contact your authorized dealer.
A difference between the temperature sensors
was detected.
This could indicate a flow problem. Check water level
in spa. Refill if necessary. If the water level is okay,
make sure the pumps have been primed. If the
problem persists, contact your authorized dealer.
Heater is shut down, but other spa functions run
normally (displays on the 5
th
occurrence of the
HFL message within a 24 hour period).
Persistent low flow problems. Follow the actions
listed for the HFL message. Heating capacity of the
spa will not reset automatically. Press any button to
reset.
Inadequate water detected in heater.
Check water level in spa. Refill if necessary. If the
water level is okay, make sure the pumps have been
primed. Press any button to reset.
Spa is shut down (displays on the 3
rd
occurrence
of the dr message
Inadequate water detected in the heater. Follow the
actions listed for the dr message. The spa will not
reset automatically. Press any button to reset.
When your spa is first actuated, it will go into
Priming mode.

complete instructions on Power-up and Pump
Priming. The Priming mode will last for up to 4
minutes and then the spa will begin to heat and
maintain the water temperature in the Standard mode.
Temperature not yet known.
This is normal within the first few minutes of the spa
power up.
