CA.MI MY PRESSURE User Manual - page 14
Note 1 At 80MHz and 800MHz the higher frequency range applies.
Note 2 These guidelines may not apply in all situations. Electromagnetic propagation is affected by absorption
and reflection from structures, objects and people.
(a)
Field strength from fixed transmitters, such as base stations for radio telephones and land mobile
radios, amateur radio, AM and FM radio broadcast and TV broadcast cannot be predicted theoretically
will accuracy. To asses the electromagnetic environment due to fixed RF transmitters, an electromagnetic
site survey should be considered. If the measured field strength in the location in which the Model
Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor is used exceeds the applicable RF compliance level above, the
model Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor should be observed to verify normal operation. If abnormal
performance is observed additional measures may be necessary, such as re-orienting or relocating
the model Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor.
(b)
Over the frequency range 150KHz to 80MHz, field strength should be less than 3V/m
Guidance and manufacture’s declaration – Electromagnetic immunity
(as request by regulation EN 60601-1-2:2001)
The model Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor is tended for use in the electromagnetic environment specified
below. The customer or the user of the model Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor should assure that is used in
such an environment.

Portable and mobile RF communications equipment
should be used no closer to any part of the model
Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor, including cables,
than the recommended separation distance
calculated from the equation applicable to the
frequency of the transmitter.
Where P is the maximum out put power rating of
the transmitter in watts (W) according to the
transmitter manufacturer and is recommended
separation distance in meters (m). Field strength
from fixed RF transmitters, as determined by an
electromagnetic site survey (a), should be less than
the compliance level in each frequency range (b).

NOTICE BEFORE MEASUREMENT
1. Stay calmly for 5 – 10 minutes before measuring;
2. Please sit down while measuring. During measurement, please make sure the cuff at the same
height as the heart. Either above or below the position, the accuracy will be affected.
3. If it is unconvenient for you to sit down, please try to lie down on one’s back. Naturally place
arm and hand straight, with palm upside. Keep the cuff at the same level as heart.
4. During measurement, don’t speak or move the body and arm
5. During the measurement, keep yourself comfortable, steady and quiet
6. Measuring at the same arm each time. Because the blood pressure in different arm may affect
accuracy
7. Between each measurement, you need 3 minutes to let blood circulation of the arm recover
8. Please use the same standard cuff like attached of this BPM
9. If this BPM is stored at low temperature, do not use immediately. Leave this BPM in a warm
place for at least one hour
10.The BPM is suitable for adult
11.Arrhythmia will bring in the extra error, be careful when using this BPM if you have arrhythmia
symptom
12.Please avoid strong electromagnetism interference, such as mobile telephone, microwave
oven, etc
13.If you do not use the BPM for a long time, please take the batteries out. Recommend to use
alkaline battery
14.Do not judge the measuring results and adjust your treatment yourself, it may be dangerous.
