Résolution des problèmes
Nettoyage
Nettoyez le corps de la machine régulièrement en utilisant un chiffon doux, de préférence
après chaque utilisation. Vérifiez que les ouvertures d'aération ne sont pas obstruées ni sales.
Utilisez un chiffon doux, légèrement humidifié avec de la mousse de savon pour nettoyer les
tâches persistantes. N'utilisez pas de produits de nettoyage tels que l'essence, l'alcool,
l'ammoniac, etc., ces produits peuvent endommager les parties synthétiques.
Dysfonctionnements
Veuillez vous adresser au centre de service indiqué sur la carte de garantie en cas d'un
dysfonctionnement, par exemple après l'usure d'une pièce. Vous trouverez, à la fin de ce
manuel, un schéma avec toutes les pièces que vous pouvez commander.
Environnement
Pour éviter les dommages liés au transport, la machine est livré dans un emballage robuste.

4. OPERATION
Before operation: Ensure the power switch is in OFF position. If the plug is
connected to the mains while the switch is in ON position the machine will start
immediately, which could cause serious injury.
Oil level
The machine will be damaged easily, when the oil level is not sufficient enough!
Above this: lubricate the tool every time the carbon brushes are replaced.
•
Check the oil level of the demolition hammer. When putting the machine in vertical
position (see fig. 2), the oil level should be till the red dot indicated on the oil level indicator.
•
To fill the oil reservoir, the oil level indicator can be removed with help of the wrench
supplied.
•
Fill the reservoir with the oil supplied.
Caution:
•
Filling with more than the specified amount of grease can cause faulty hammering action
tool failure. Fill only with the specified amount of grease.
•
Do not tighten the crank cap excessively when installing. It is made of resin and is subject
to breakage.
ON/OFF switch
Press the trigger switch (2) to start the machine.
Release the trigger switch to stop the machine.
Switch lock
Push the switch lock (1) after pressing the trigger switch (2) for continuous running.
To stop the tool from the locked position, press the trigger switch completely and then release
it.
Changing the carbon brush
Take care that the machine is not connected to the mains whenever maintenance
work is taking place.
•
Remove the cover of the carbon brush with help of a crosshead screwdriver
•
Remove the next cover with help of a flat screwdriver
•
Remove the carbon brush and replace it by a new one (on both sides)
