Trouble shooting
Usually, faults are small matters that are easy to
eliminate. Please read the information in the table
before calling the after-sales service.

Warning – Risk of electric shock!
Incorrect repairs are dangerous. Repairs may only be
carried out and damaged power cables replaced by one
of our trained after-sales technicians. If the appliance is
defective, unplug the appliance from the mains or switch
off the circuit breaker in the fuse box. Contact the after-
sales service.

cuit has occurred in the power supply.

If the fault cannot be rectified, inform the technical after-
sales service.

heat.
Remove the pan.The fault code will go out shortly after-
wards. You can continue to cook.

protect the electronics, the hotplate has
been switched off.
Remove the pan. Wait a few seconds. Touch any control.
When the fault indicator goes out, you can continue to
cook.
