4.2.1 Manual Programming for Instrument
At initial state (i.e. PV displays actual measured value, SV flashes at STOP), press [

MENU is a list of options; PROG is programming mode; press [

the lower level menu and press [A/M] to return to the upper level menu.
PTN denotes the group no. of the curve to be edited currently; ‘a’ is the selected
value of group no. of current program (1-8). All parameters below in SV option
can be changed by pressing [
▲
] and [
▼
] keys. Maximum 8 pieces of
temperature curve can be set and stored in the instrument by using this
program, and each piece supports erasing and writing functions.
aSSV denotes the initial temperature for program running; ‘b’ is the set value of
initial temperature for the program, generally set as room temperature 25°C. ‘a’
is the group no. of the current program, and the same meaning in the following
menus.
aSNO denotes the maximum number of program segments used in the current
program; ‘c’ is the maximum number of program segments used in the program
group ‘a’, adjustable from 1 to 16.
aVmm denotes the target temperature of segment mm in this group of program;
mm denotes the segment number currently set, and ‘d’ is the end temperature
value set for the program segment mm.
aTmm denotes the time for this group of program to reach the target value of
segment mm; ‘e’ is the time value for which the program segment mm runs,
i.e. the time from the previous target value to this target value.
aPmm denotes the group no. of PID invoked during the running of this
program segment; ‘f’ is the group no. of PID used in the program segment
mm.
