70 Getting Connected
To set up a dial-up connection for browsing the Internet
1.
On the Home screen, click
Start > Settings > Connections >
Dial-up
.

Click
Menu > Add
.
3.
In

, enter a name for the connection.

.

Enter the appropriate information in the remaining fi elds.

To start browsing the Internet, click
Start > Internet Explorer

To set up a dial-up connection to your corporate network

On the Home screen, click

Dial-up
.

Note
You can also add and set up the following connections:

VPN:
A VPN connection is used to access your corporate network by

existing connection to your corporate or WAP network.
