LAN indicator
shows status of LAN signal. If it is blue like this
, then LAN is working. Instead if it is
different color (such as red) like this
, then WIFI connection to this client device is not working. Please
check power supply connection to the server. Sever needs to be ON for the LAN (WIFI) connection to work.
If server is powered ON and the LAN indicator is still not of blue color then a more involved troubleshooting
may be required (which may need support from Rainbow). Please check troubleshooting section of this
manual for more help in troubleshooting LAN connection.

mBOX uses 2G/3G/4G connection through wireless dongle to provide connectivity between server in your
car and outside world. This connectivity is required for internet and live chat and audio/video
conferencing. This connection from mBOX server to outside world is called WAN connection.
The 3rd icon on top row from left is the WAN connection indicator icon. This icon shows status of WAN
connectivity.
If WAN indicator icon is dark blue color as
then the WAN connectivity is very good
If WAN indicator icon color is light blue as
then WAN connectivity is better than average
If WAN indicator icon color is dark green as
then WAN connectivity is average
If WAN indicator icon color is greenish yellow as
then WAN connectivity is below average
If WAN indicator icon color is yellow as
then WAN connectivity is very weak (but still alive)
If WAN indicator icon color is red as
then WAN is not connected. This will happen if Wireless
dongle is not connected or 2G/3G/4G signals are too weak or absent. 2G/3G/4G connection can
be absent because of wireless tower problems.
