NOTE: A l l counters have a potential a m b i g u i t y o f reading in the last digit. T h i s is defined as the
readable resolution o f the counter. A s the stations frequencies are changed b y tuning the k n o b , i t is
possible in an o f f station m o d e t o see a reading a m b i g u i t y in the last d i g i t .

T h e F o u r Channel Display C o m p u t e r is a device f o r separating the phase a m p l i t u d e com
ponents o f either a left or right stereo signal o r an e x t e r n a l l y applied stereo, o r f o u r channel
signal. T h i s system displays in the F o u r Channel quadrants, the phase a m p l i t u d e characteristics
of the i n p u t signals as compared t o a n y o f the other 3 i n p u t signals. A l l vectors have the center
of the oscilloscope as their o r i g i n (see illustrations o f trace descriptions).

J^" The Panoramic Subsystem consists o f a Sweep Generator w h i c h is used t o b o t h drive the
H o r i z o n t a l A x i s o f t h e oscilloscope in t h e Panoramic M o d e , and t o change the frequency o f
the panoramic local oscillator ± 1 M H z . T h e panoramic m i x e r uses the panoramic oscillator
sweeping frequency and mixes it w i t h t h e o u t p u t o f the m i x e r in t h e f r o n t end t o derive the

This p o w e r supply system provides the necessary regulated voltages to all the previous systems.
It is short c i r c u i t p r o o f , a n d can be adjusted f o r either 120 or 2 4 0 volt o p e r a t i o n .
