Low Voltage
Reduce usage from other outlets
Check for low voltage, even a 10%
fall in voltage will increase heating
time by approximately 25%
Check the time taken for the water-
heater thermostat to switch OFF
from cold condition with the time
given in the Chart.
If problem persists, Contact nearest
Venus Service Centre.

scale formation.
Ensure minimum height of the
overhead tank from the heater is not
less than 1.0 m.
Use 25mm Dia pipe for cold water
line with minimum number of
bends.
An air vent can be provided near the
overhead tank to avoid air lock.
If problem persists, Contact your
nearest Venus service center.
Remove scale by descaling
