Create/View User Accounts
Note
The following procedure is presented using the Accounting menu screens, but this same process
is also performed using the Authentication/Security Settings menu screens.
1.
Login as System Administrator.
2.
Select the Machine Status button.
3.
From the Tools tab, select Accounting or Authentication/Security Settings.
4.
Select Create/View User Accounts.
5.
From the Create/View User Accounts screen, perform one of the following to select a user
account:
•
Select a (Not in Use) account that you want to create and then press the Create/Delete
button.
•
Using the numeric keypad, enter a four-digit number from 0001 to 1000, which
corresponds to a (Not in Use) account. The entered number displays in the Go To field.
Then select the Create/Delete button.
