NOTE
These programs run for up to 12 minutes but we suggest you
build up your session time gradually. This is important, as your
body may need time to become conditioned to Vibration
therapy. Please consult your Health care Practitioner before try-
ing any new exercise program.
PRE-SE T TIME
1. With the machine OFF, press the "PROGRAMS" button until you reach the program you
want to use. Then press "Enter" to start this program.
2. The 8 programs are pre-set so the speed cannot be modified.
PRE-SET PROGRAMS
These programs are great for exercise and massage. Each speed is designed to change
every 30 seconds, as indicated in the table below.
