COOKING WITH THE GRILL
When cooking with the grill, we recommend you to set
the grill control knob on the maximum temperature
setting. If you prefer a slower cooking, set the grill control
knob as required.
Brush lean meats and fish lightly with a little oil or
melted butter to keep them moist during cooking, then
place them on the grid.

The grid level must be set depending on the thickness
of meat or fish, in order to avoid excessive browing
on the surface and insufficient cooking inside. The
dripping pan must be inserted in the lowest level. Pour
a little water in it, to avoid smoke or unpleasant
smells.
