on a list of their MAC addresses. You can configure the Bridge to remove
from the list any client that has been inactive for three minutes (aging
time). This three-minute aging time is not configurable.
To enable or disable the aging timer:
1 Launch the Configuration Management System.
2 Under System Status, click Ethernet Client List.
3 Enable or disable the MAC address aging timer on the Bridge.
■
Click Enable if you want the Bridge to automatically disconnect clients
that have been idle for three minutes. Clicking this option ensures that
idle clients are purged from the client list and that new clients will be
able to associate with the Bridge (if there are available client slots).
■
Click Disable if you want to Bridge to maintain connection with all
clients, including those that have been idle for three minutes. Clicking
this option prevents new clients from associating with the Bridge
when the list is already full.
4 Click Apply.
You can also clear the client list manually by clicking Clear Client List.
Clients that remain connected to the Bridge are added to the list
automatically when they next interact with the network.
