LOAD CORE
15
Place lid of core on to the RFID Scanner to allow you to complete the installation process. More core can be added as needed. Once
scanned, the vacuum will turn on.
NOTES:
• The LCD display will not update and show core levels until after the first 1-2 containers are loaded. This is normal. The first con-
tainer primes” the feeder and the second starts to supply usable core.
• It takes a total of approximately 33 lbs. of core to fill the feeder.
1. Register your core material by placing the container close to the RFID reader on the printer.
2. Open the core container.
3. On the LCD, select LOAD CORE; the vacuum starts.
4. Using the User Hose, vacuum up core into the printer.
5. Observe the Debris Separator – if core is loading into the printer, you will see core swirling in the Separator.
6. The vacuum will automatically shut off when core stops flowing into the feeder or is full

NOTE: You may have to load two (2) com-
plete containers before the core level on
the LCD will start reading. This is normal
and does not indicate a problem with the
Load Cell.
NOTE: in day-to-day operation, make sure that the build bed and overflows are empty before adding core. Otherwise, when this core is
recovered, the system could be over-filled and the vacuum will not work.
