PROBLEM

PERSISTING PROBLEM
1. Sounds repeated
If this occurs when the machine is switched on,

slowly (1 per second) press the coffee/hot water switch (2) and the steam

Perform the following operations: switch off the machine;

4. Machine fails

5. Steam does not
Check that the steam switch (3) is in the raised position;

Warmwasserschalter (2) nach oben stellen.
Folgende Schritte ausführen: die Maschine ausschalten. Den Wasser-
tank auffüllen. Einen Behälter unter die Dampfdüse stellen und den
Dampfdrehknopf aufdrehen. Die Maschine einschalten. Warten, bis
Wasser aus der Dampfdüse kommt. Den Dampfdrehknopf schließen.
Warten, bis die grüne Kontrollleuchte (5) aufleuchtet.

Den Espresso-/Warmwasserschalter (2) nach oben stellen.
Fall a): im Wassertank ist kein Wasser. Den Wassertank auffüllen.
Einen Behälter unter die Dampfdüse stellen und den Dampfdrehknopf
aufdrehen. Den Espresso-/Warmwasserschalter (2) nach unten stel-
len. Warten, bis Wasser aus der Dampfdüse kommt. Den Dampfdreh-
knopf schließen. Prüfen, ob jetzt Espresso erzeugt wird.
Fall b) der Dampfschalter (3) steht unten (Dampffunktion): den
Schalter hoch stellen. Siehe Kapitel: ESPRESSOZUBEREITUNG NACH
DER DAMPFERZEUGUNG
Prüfen, ob der Dampfschalter (3) unten steht. Prüfen, ob die
Kontrollleuchte (5) aufleuchtet. Die Maschine mit dem Hauptschalter
(1) ausschalten. Warten, dass die Maschine abkühlt (mind. 1 Stun-
de). Eventuelle Verstopfungen im Dampfaustrittsloch entfernen.
Die Maschine ausschalten.
Den Stecker aus der Steckdose ziehen.
Eventuelle Verstopfungen im Loch (11) entfernen. Überprüfen,
dass der Schalter (3) unten steht und die Kontrollleuchte (5)
aufleuchtet.
Die Maschine ausschalten und das Versorgungskabel herausziehen.
Warten, dass die Maschine abkühlt. Eventuelle feste Rückstände aus
dem Boilerunterteil entfernen. Wenn das Problem anhält: Den Gummi-
dichtungsring auswechseln (siehe Kapitel: REINIGUNG UND PFLEGE)
Den Zustand der Schutzschalter des Stromnetzes überprüfen.
Die Verbindung des Maschinenanschlusskabels überprüfen.
Die Maschine wieder ans Stromnetz anschließen.
