7. Find the wire pushrods (they have a factory made
Z-Bend at one end.) Install the Z-bend into the inner
hole on the control horn.

8. Slide the pushrods through the pushrod guide.
Slide the guide all the way forward. It will required to
flex the wire. Do Not allow the wire to bend perma-
nently. The elevator pushrod goes through the bottom
hole. The rudder pushrod goes through the middle hole.

9. Slide the pushrod guide back until the pushrod
align with the servo horns. The guide should be back
about 90mm from the head of the servo.

1. It is CRITICAL that the Lite Stik be balanced prop-
erly! Please read this section carfully.
o)
2. Slide the wings dowels into the wing mounts. The
dowels should fit quite tightly the first time you install
them. You may also have to move the mounts slightly to
perfectly align them with the wing dowels.
o)
3. If you have not already done so, install the pro-
peller, the spinner, and the battery pack. There is NO
need to connect the battery or turn on the radio system.

4. On the bottom of the wing, make a mark 60 mm
back from the wing’s leading edge.
o)
5. Pick up the plane with your finger tips on the
mark. The plane should rest level. If the tail dips, move
the wing back on the fuselage stick. If the nose dips,
move the wing forward on the fuselage stick. Do this
until the plane rests level.

6. Once the correct balance has been found, attach
the receiver mount with a small dab of glue.
Pushrod Connection
o)
1. Hold the rudder in the neutral position. Make a
V shaped bend in the rudder pushrod wire 30mm in
front of the pushrod support.

2. With the servos and the control surfaces in the
neutral position, mark where the pushrod passes the
holes in the servo arm.
o)
3. At the mark you made on the wire pushrod, make
a Z shaped bend in the pushrod. This Z bend will be used
to connect the pushrod to the servo arm. Cut off the
excess wire.

4. Remove the servo horn and attach the servo horn
to the pushrod.
o)
5. Install the servo arms.
o)
6. Turn on the radio and center the trims and the
servo arms. Check the control direction. The elevator
should move up when you pull back on the elevator con-
trol stick. The rudder should move to the right when
you move the rudder control stick to the right. Use your
servo reversing switches on the transmitter if the ser-
vos move in the wrong direction.

7. Adjust the V shaped bend (the bend you made in
step 1) in the pushrod until the control surfaces are in
the neutral position.
