Problems during Printing
This section describes how to troubleshoot problems during printing.

Unable to
print.
Is the network cable
disconnected from the
computer?
Connect the network cable to the computer.
Is the network cable
disconnected from the
machine?
Connect the network cable to the machine.
Is the printer status Offline?
Check the setting for Print Mode. Select Online if the
status is Offline.

Has an error occurred on the
machine?
Check the error message, and follow the instructions to
solve the problem.
Are the IP address and Subnet
Mask set correctly?
Set the correct IP address and Subnet Mask.

Is the network between the
computer and the machine
working?
Consult with your network administrator.
Is the port enabled?
Set the port in use to Enabled.

Is the machine connected to
multiple computers?
Wait for a while, and then try printing again.
Is the media of the specified
size loaded?
Load the specified size media in the machine.
