This function code is used to read relay status in Acuvim II.
1=On
0=Off
There are 8 Relays in Acuvim II, and the start address is 0000H.

Response
The Acuvim II response includes MBAP Header, function code, quantity
of data byte, the data. An example response to read the status of Relay
1 and Relay 2 is shown as Table 3-6. The status of Relay 1 and Relay 2 is
responding to the last 2 bit of the data.
