Alwaysworkawayfromtheconnectioncable.
BlockageProtection:Iftheaeratorcylinderisblocked,e.g.by
aforeignbody,immediatelyreleasethestartinglever.Ifthe
blockagelastslongerthan10secondsandthestartingleverhas
notbeenreleased,blockageprotectionisactivated.Inthiscase
immediatelyreleasethestartinglever.TheLawnRakecanbe
switchedonagainaftercoolingdownforapprox.1minute.
DANGEROFINjURY!
Ifblockageprotectionisactivatedandthestarting
leverisnotreleased,theElectricLawnRakestarts
againautomaticallyafterapprox.1minute.
6.Maintenance
DANGER!Theaeratorcylindercancauseinjuries!
vPriortomaintenance,unplugfromthemainsand
waituntiltheElectricLawnRakedrumhasstopped.
vWearworkingglovesforperformingmaintenance.
CleaningElectricLawnRake:
TheElectricLawnRakeshouldbecleanedaftereachtimeitisused.
Riskofinjuryandphysicaldamage!
vDonotcleanElectricLawnRakeunderrunning
water(particularlyunderhighpressure).
vDonotusehardorpointedobjectsforcleaning
the ElectricLawnRake.
vRemovegrassanddepositsfromwheels,aeratorcylinderand
housing.
Adjustingforwear:

TheElectricLawnRakeissubjecttowearinuseduetotheway
inwhichitworks.ThemoreintensivelytheElectricLawnRakeis
used,thegreaterthewearonthespringtines.Hardorverydry
groundaccelerateswearasdoesexcessiveuseoftheElectric
LawnRake.
IftheresultsofyourworkwiththeElectricLawnRakebecome
increasinglyworseduetoknifewear,theaeratorcylindercanbe
adjustedtwice.
Theaeratorcylinderhas4adjustmentpositions:
•Transportposition
•Aeratingposition1
•Aeratingposition2:
Ifthespringsareworn(therakerollerisloweredby3mm).
•Setting3:
Secondsettingforwornsprings(therakerollerisloweredby
a further3mm).
