Multi-cycle Control
Switch
The
M
ULTI
-C
YCLE
control switch allows to
choose whether to activate the packer
for a predefined number of cycles or
for its default value, which is one cycle.
•
Turning the switch on allows
packer multi-cycling when the
green packer start cycle button is
pressed. See “Green Start Cycle
Button” on page 23.
•
Turning it off during multi-cycling
operation will let the packer finish
the cycle it is on but preventing it to
start a new one. When the switch is
turned off, the packer will perform
only one cycle when the green
button is pressed.

Engine RPM Control
The Expert(t) 2000
TM
is equipped with
an engine RPM control system which
consists of the increment or decrement
of a predetermined value of the engine
RPM (revolutions per minute),
depending on the results the operator
wants to achieve.
To achieve faster operation of moving
parts such as the tailgate, crusher
panel and packer, increase the engine
RPM.
To reduce the level of noise caused by
the operation of the Expert(t) 2000
TM
,
decrease the engine RPM.
Note:Increasing or decreasing the
engine RPM directly affects
fuel consumption. Therefore,
it is an issue to look at when
using such system.
The engine RPM controls that exist in
the Expert(t) 2000
TM
are the

switch, the

control,
and the packer automatic speed-up.
These controls are individually
presented throughout this guide.
Note:The throttle pedal is an
element that can directly affect
the engine RPM; however, it
must not be used to control
any moving parts of the body
but rather be used for regular
