Gaining Access to the Far End Video Sources

About Far End Video Sources
Inpoint-to-pointvideomeetingsyoursystemmaybecon-
nectedtoasystemwithseveralinputsforvariousvideo
sources.YoumaygetaccesstothesebymeansoftheFar
EndVideocontrols.
Observethatyoursystemcanaccesstheinputsonly.The
farendmayhaveconnectedothersourcestotheinputsthan
theinputnamesnormallyshouldsuggest.
WhenthefarendsystemisaTANDBERGsystemboth
partieswillbenotifiedwhenonepartytriestoaccessone
ofthevideosourcesoftheotherparty.Thismayormaynot
takeplacewithsystemsfromothervendorsalso.
Atextwillbedisplayedforsomesecondsatthetopof
bothparties’screenindicatingtheinputsourceaccessed.

Ifyoudisplaytheotherpartyinfullscreenthiswillbethe
onlyindicationyougetwhentheotherpartyisaccessingone
ofyourvideosources.
Ifyousetthescreentodisplaybothpartiesyouwillsee

videoaredisplayedonyourscreen.
