– Slide the ends of the upper guide handle (1) over the lower handle (2) so that the fastening holes of the spar coincide
without another.
– Place the handle support (3) for the lower handle over the upper or lower holes at the most dissimilar possible handle
inclination:
upper bore = inclined handlebar position (for taller persons)
lower bore = flat handlebar position (for shorter persons)
– Insert two hexagonal head cap screws each (4) with a curved washer (5) on the left-hand side from outside through the
capping pieces F1 .
– Insert a hexagonal head cap screw (4) with a curved washer (5) into the drill hole where the capping support is also
fastened and the starter grip support into the other drill hole (8) on the right-hand side G1 .
– Attach one washer each (6) for the two screws (4) that also fasten the capping piece support and a curved washer (5)
with the third screw and screw on with a hexagonal nut (7) each.
– The starter handle bracket (8) is simply bolted on using a hex nut (11) G1 .
– Align the assembled guide handle and securely tighten all of the bolted connections.
– To mount the starter cable (9), the safety control bar (10) must first be folded on the bar-upper part (1) G1 .

Check that all connections and the spark plug connector are fitted firmly. Tighten the screws if necessary! In particular make
sure that the cutter bar is fitted correctly (see Chapter “Maintenance of the blade”).
The blade attachment screw must always be tightened by an authorised workshop. If the blade attachment screw is too tight
or too loose, the blade clutch and blade can be damaged or become detached, which can cause severe injury.
Make sure that all safety devices are fitted properly and are not damaged.
