WAGNER Cordless Lawn Sprayer Owner's Manual - Caution
Attaching the Fluid and Air Hoses
1. Slide the fluid hose locking
collar over the fluid hose.
The fluid hose is the larger
of the two hoses coming
from the handle.
2. Push the fluid hose
securely onto the pump
assembly fitting and hand-
tighten the locking collar
securely.
3. Push the air hose firmly
onto the air hose fitting on
the drive housing.
Be sure to follow the pressure relief procedure when shutting
the unit down for any purpose, including changing or cleaning
spray tips or preparing for cleanup.
1. Move the speed selection switch to the center position to turn
off the sprayer
2. Point the spray tip of the wand into a waste container.
3. Squeeze and hold the trigger until no more fluid comes out.
Do not use latex-based stains or any other liquids that are
thicker than water in the lawn sprayer. They will not spray
properly and could damage your sprayer. Be certain that the
material you are spraying is as thin as water.
1. Remove the drive housing from the fluid tank.
2. Fill the fluid tank.
Do not fill the fluid tank past the 1-gallon indicator marked on
the side.
3. Wipe the lip, threads, and body of the fluid tank to remove any
spilled or splattered material.
4. Replace and lock the drive housing securely onto the fluid tank.
1. Push the switch to either
the low-speed (-) for spot
spraying or high-speed (=)
for broadcast spraying.
Low speed is typically
used where more control is
needed, and high speed
for spraying large areas
quickly.
2. Squeeze the trigger. Make
certain that the trigger lock
is not in the way of the
trigger.
3. Loop the trigger lock over
the trigger for continuous
spraying.
When using the gray adjustable spray tip, the width of the spray
pattern can be adjusted by turning the spray tip.
1. Turn the spray tip
counterclockwise to make the
spray pattern narrower.
2. Turn the spray tip clockwise to
make the spray pattern wider.
Do not overtighten the spray tip. Use only finger tip force when
adjusting the tip or it could be damaged.
Suggestions for Spraying Stains
1. Move the wand in a smooth motion. Try to keep the spray tip
the same distance from the spray area all the way through your
stroke.
2. When spraying paint or stain, wipe in any runs or drips when
necessary. This will help keep an even tone to your finish.
The spray tubes can be changed or combined to vary the length of
the spray wand.
To combine spray tubes:
1. Slip the adapter onto one end
of a spray tube.
2. Hand-tighten the locking
collar of the spray tube
securely onto the adapter.
3. Slip the open end of the
adapter onto the end of
another spray tube.
4. Hand-tighten the locking collar of the spray tube securely onto
the adapter.
5. Attach the open ends of the joined spray tubes to the spray
handle and a spray tip.
Each spray tip produces a different type of flow and spray pattern.
The misting spray tip produces a very fine
mist in a round pattern. This tip may be
useful for small, individual plants.

CAUTION
NOTE:
The sprayer will spray only if a speed is selected and
the trigger is squeezed. If you squeeze the trigger and
the sprayer does not spray, make certain that the air
hose is connected, the speed is selected, and the
trigger is fully squeezed.

NOTE:
When starting to spray, hold the spray wand higher
than the fluid tank. This helps remove air trapped in the
system which causes the spray tip to drip.
