Parameters Description
Crane | 44
3.9 DIGITAL OUTPUTS
This parameter group allows the user to configure the command function of each digital output in the crane
application.
3.9.1 Vertical
P0275 – DO1 Function
Adjustable
0 to 44 / 37 = Brake Release (Application Function 1)
Factory Setting: P0275 = 37
Range:
Proprieties:
Access groups via HMI:
I/O
Description:
This parameter define the function of the DO1 digital output. If the option “37 = Brake Release (Application
Function 1) has been selected, the output assumes the function of commanding the crane vertical motion
brake. As presented in the section 2.3, the NO relay contact of DO1 digital output must be used.
NOTE!
Refer to the section 3.12.1 in this application manual for more information on the brake control logic.
NOTE!
Refer to the CFW500 programming manual for more information on the digital output parameters.
Some parameter options have been removed from the configuration wizard.
P0276 – DO2 Function
P0277 – DO3 Function
P0278 – DO4 Function
P0279 – DO5 Function
Adjustable
0 to 44 / 37 = Brake Release (Application Function 1)
Factory Setting: P0276 = 13
Range:
38 = Overweight (Application Function 2)
P0277 = 11
39 = Slack Cable (Application Function 3)
P0278 = 0
40 = Torque Limitation (Application Function 4)
P0279 = 0
Proprieties:
Access groups via HMI:
I/O
Description:
These parameters define the functions of the DO1, DO2, DO3, DO4 and DO5 digital outputs. If the option “37 =
Brake Release (Application Function 1)”, has been selected, the output assumes the function of commanding
the crane vertical motion brake. If the option “38 = Overweight (Application Function 2)”, has been selected, the
output assumes the function of indicating the alarm “A770: Detected Overweight”. If the option “39 = Slack
Cable (Application Function 4)”, has been selected, the output assumes the function of indicating the alarm
“A772: Detected Slack Cable” or of the fault “F773: Detected Slack Cable”. If the option “40 = Torque Limitation
(Application Function 5)”, has been selected, the output assumes the function of indicating the fault “F775:
Inverter in Torque Limit”.
NOTE!
Refer to the section 3.12.1 in this application manual for more information on the brake control logic.
NOTE!
Refer to the CFW500 programming manual for more information on the digital output parameters.
