AFTER COOKING
When cooking is finished, close the upper vent of the
oven and make sure the lower vent is closed. (See Fig-
ures A and B)
PREPARING ThE OvEN-GRILL FOR ThE NExT USE
Poke the existing charcoal with the poker to revive it

Close the door and repeat the instructions for

STARTUP

BEFORE COOKING AGAIN, BE SURE ThAT ThE FRESh ChARCOAL ADDED hAS BURNED DOWN TO RED
EMBERS.
Open the door and take out the grill rack

Move the lower vent for the ashes to fall
•
Using the hook tool, sweep ash toward the center of the
•
oven so that it falls into the ash box. (See page 16 for further
instructions on ash removal).
Open the upper vent and the lower vent (See Figures C and
