Settings Inheritance
This section explains how the Settings Inheritance works and how
inherited settings and settings that have been redefined on the current
level are displayed in the user interface.
The settings in F-Secure Policy Manager Console can either be inherited
from a higher level in the policy domain structure, or they may have been
changed on the current level. When a locally redefined setting is cleared
(by clicking the
Clear
link displayed beside it), the value from a higher
domain level or the default value of the setting is re-inherited.
