Exchange Server 2003 wth SP2 has the ablty to push new e-mals as they
arrve to the Outlook clent n the phone, and enforce securty settngs as well
as performng a remote devce wpe of all data.
Once ActveSync completes successfully, clck Start > Messagng > Outlook
Emal > Menu > Folders and you should see e-mal folders smlar to the
Outlook clent n a PC.
View the Inbox message list
On the Home screen, clck Start > Messagng, and select an account. The Inbox
message lst dsplays your receved messages.
Create an e-mail message
On the Home screen, click Start > Messaging.
Select an e-mail account.
Click Menu > New.
In To, Cc, and/or Bcc, enter recipient’s e-mail address. Insert a semicolon (;) between
multiple addresses.
In Subj, enter a subject.
Enter a message.
Click Send. E-mail messages are stored in the Outbox and are sent to recipients the next
time you synchronise or connect to your e-mail server.
To set the priority of the mail (i.e. to appear as a Low, Normal or High priority in the
recipient’s inbox), click Menu > Message Options.
To cancel a message, click Menu > Cancel Message.
