Sending a Fax to Multiple Locations

These instructions assume that you have the default
setting for User Function 18 (FEEDER) engaged. If
you have the MEMORY setting engaged, skip step 4.
1 Load your document.
2 Press the Select Function key.
3 Press the 2/BROADCAST
« FEEDER TX One Touch
key. The display shows
FEEDER TX.
4 Press the No

The broadcasting feature allows you to send one document to
as many as 89 locations at the same time. You can program
your list of locations into a group (see the “Programming
Groups” section of this handbook), or, for each broadcast
operation, you can select up to15 single-location One Touch
keys, up to 64 Auto Dial Codes, and up to 10 manually
entered numbers.
