PlACING INtO OPeRAtION
Installation location
Position mortar spraying machine in a level position to pre-
vent it from sliding away.
Connecting mortar hose
• Checkthattheoutletunit(1,fig.11)isseatedfirmly.Ifneces-
sary tighten star grips (2) by hand.
• Connectmortarhose(3)andsecurewithtensionlevers(4).
• Screwremotecontroltoconnection(5)onthecontrolunit.
• Connectatomizationairconnection(6)onmortarhoseto
the compressed air supply or compressor (accessory).
Compressor (accessory)
Attach compressor holder to the mortar spraying machine.
Place compressor onto holder and secure with screws. Con-
nect compressor to power supply.
Connecting spray lance with automatic system
• Assembletexturenozzle(1,fig.12)onthespraylancewith
cone in the direction of the spraying head.
the nozzle size should be at least three times the grain
size,
e.g., grain size synthetic resin plaster –> 3 mm
nozzle size
–> 10 mm
• Connectspraylance(2)andsecurewithtensionlevers(3).
• Closematerialtap(4).
• Screwcouplingplug(5)forremotecontroltothecontrolca-
ble of the mortar hose.
• Connectatomizationairconnection(6)totheairhoseofthe
mortar hose.
Connecting spray lance without automatic
system
• Fastenremotecontrolswitch(1,fig.13)withthetwoO-rings
(2) to the mortar hose.
• Screwcouplingplug(3)forremotecontrolonthecontrol
cable of the mortar hose.
• Assembletexturenozzle(4)onthespraylancewithconein
the direction of the spraying head.
