MANUELLE KOCH-FUNKTION
Die Einstellungen der MANUELLEN Koch-Funktionen
müssen vollständig vom Nutzer eingestellt werden:
- Art des Kochvorgangs
- Temperatur
- Dauer des Kochvorgangs
- Ende Zeit des Kochens
- Einstellungen Temperaturfühler.
Auf S. 21
ist eine Tabelle mit Richtwerten zu Tem-
peratur und Gardauer verfügbar.
Vorgang zur Verwendung - Einstellung der Parameter
(Abb. 20-21)
:
Wenn der Temperaturfühler verwendet werden soll,
diesen in die zu garende Speise einführen
(Abb.
21a)
, bevor mit dem Garvorgang begonnen wird,
anschließend, können die Parameter des Temperaturfühlers
auch bei begonnenem Garvorgang eingestellt werden
(Temperatur und Zeit - s
iehe Abb. 21b)

OCHVORGANGS
: aktiviert die verschiedenen Heizwi-
derstände des Garraums, um unterschiedliche
Kochergebnisse je nach den zu garenden Spei-
sen zu erhalten
(“Tabelle Symbole für Kochart”
S. 22 beachten).

EMPERATUR
: Einstellung der Gartemperatur, der Vorgabe-
wert ist 180°C, er kann mit den Tasten “+” und
“-” nach Belieben verändert werden (Bereich
50°-250°C).

AUER
: Einstellung der Gartemperatur, der Vorgabewert
ist “OFF”. Mit dieser Einstellung arbeitet der Back-
ofen durchgehend für höchstens 4 Stunden, an-
schließend schaltet er sich automatisch ab, wenn
kein Eingriff erfolgt. Zum Einstellen der Gardauer
“+” oder “-” drücken (vom Minimum von 1 Minute
bis zum Maximum von 4 Stunden).

: Gibt die Zeit an, in der das Gericht
fertig sein soll. Wird eine Zeiteinstellung vorge-
nommen, beginnt der Ofen nicht bei “START”,
sonder anschließend, je nach eingestellter
Gardauer und der Zeit, in der das Gericht fertig
sein soll.
Bsp. eingestellte Gardauer: 1 Stunde und 30 Mi-
nuten, eingestelltes Ende des Kochens: 13:00
(Zeit,
zu der das Gericht fertig sein soll)
-> der Backofen
startet den Garvorgang automatisch um11:30
Uhr
Der Vorgabewert ist “OFF”, mit dieser Einstellung
beginnt der Backofen sofort ohne Verzögerung
mit dem Garen. Die Zeit, in der das Gericht fertig
sein soll, kann mit den Tasten “+” oder “-” nach
belieben eingestellt werden (vom Minimum
nach 1 Minute bis zum Maximum nach 24
Stunden).
MANUAL COOKING
The MANUAL cooking parameters must be com-
pletely set by the user:
- cooking type
- temperature
- cooking time
- cooking end time
- temperature probe settings.
On page 21
you will find a table with approximate
cooking times and temperatures.
Operating procedure - setting the parameters

If you would like to use the temperature probe, insert
it in the food to be cooked
(fig. 21a)
before starting
the cooking and then, even after cooking has started,
set the parameters regarding the temperature probe (tem-
perature and time-
see fig. 21b)
.

TYPE
:
activates the various heating elements of the oven
cavity to obtain different cooking results according to
the foods being cooked
(see “Cooking type symbols
table” on page 22).

EMPERATURE
: set the cooking temperature, the default value is
180°C; this variable can be set as desired with the “+”
and “-” buttons (range: 50°-250°C).

TIME
: set the cooking time, the default value is “OFF”;
with this setting the oven operates continuously for
a maximum of 4 hours after which, if no intervention
is made, the oven switches off automatically. To set
the cooking time, press “+” or “-” (from a minimum
of 1 minute to a maximum of 4 hours).

END
TIME
: indicate the time at which you would like the
food to be ready. If we set a time, the oven will not
start when “START” is pressed but later, based on the
cooking time set and the time at which you would
like the food to be ready.
Example: cooking time set: 1 hour and 30 minutes,
cooking end time set: 13:00 (time at which you would
like the food to be ready) -> the oven will automati-
cally start cooking at 11:30
The default value is “OFF”; with this setting the oven
will immediately begin cooking without any delay.
The time at which you would like the food to be ready
can be varied as desired using the “+” or “-” buttons
(from a minimum of 1 minute later up to a maximum
of 24 hours).
