Quarantine Management
Click
Query
to start the search. The Quarantine Query Results page is
displayed once the query is completed.
If you want to clear all the fields on the Query page, click
Reset
.
Using Wildcards
You can use the following SQL wildcards in the quarantine queries:
Search period
Select the time period when the data has been
quarantined. Select Exact start and end dates to
specify the date and time (year, month, day,
hour, minute) when the data has been
quarantined.
Sort Results
Specify how the search results are sorted by
selecting one of the options in the Sort Results
by: drop-down menu: based on Date, Sender,
Recipients, Subject or Reason.
Display
Select how many items you want to view per
page.
Wildcard
Explanation
%
Any string of zero or more characters.
_ (underscore)
Any single character.
[ ]
Any single character within the specified
range ([a-f]) or set ([abcdef]).
[^]
Any single character not within the specified
range ([^a-f]) or set ([^abcdef]).
If you want to search for '%', '_' and '[' as regular symbols in one of
the fields, you must enclose them into square brackets: '[%]', '[_]',
'[[]'
