Q. Why users cannot attach some attachments to e-mail messages
when using Microsoft Outlook Web Access and Microsoft
Internet Explorer?
A. When using Microsoft Outlook Web Access and Microsoft Internet
Explorer, you cannot send a message that has an attachment that
cannot be disinfected or an attachment that is set to be stripped.
When users try to attach the attachment, they receive an error
message and the sending will fail.
