Using the Finisher
The Finisher key functions only when an optional Finisher is installed on the copier. The Finisher
functions available are:
• Making Non-Sorted Copies: All copies exit to the top finisher bin.
• Making Collated Copy Sets: The first page of each collated set is off-set on the Finisher
Tray. This makes separating your copy sets easier.
• Making Stacked Copy Sets: The copies of each original are stacked together in a Finisher
Tray. The first page of each stack is off-set for easier separation of the stacks.
• Stapling your copy sets when the optional finisher/stapler is used.
• Folding and stitching your copy sets when the optional Finisher/Stitcher is used.
• Magazine sorting and saddle stitching.
• Punching holes in the copy for binding.
• When the printer option is installed, Tray 1 and Tray 2 are selectable. During a copy run,
when Tray 1 reaches capacity, your copies automatically go to Tray 2.
