Duration of Caller ID Display on Your Screen

The default setting for the TV Caller ID display is 15 seconds. However, this setting can be adjusted. 

Changing Your Caller ID Display Duration

To change Caller ID display duration: 

1.

 Tune to Channel 411.

2. 

 Use the 

Up

or 

Down

 arrow buttons on your remote to scroll to “Settings” and 

press the 

Select

 button 

.

  Use the 

Up

or 

Down

 arrow buttons to scroll to “Caller ID Settings” and press 

the 

Select

 button 

.

Use the

 arrow buttons to scroll to “Set Caller ID Display Duration” 

and press the 

Select

 button 

.

  Use the 

Up

or 

Down

 arrow buttons to locate your preferred duration. Options 

range from 5 to 240 seconds. Press the 

Select

 button 

 to set the display duration.

Note: Caller ID Display Duration settings are STB-specific and changes will only apply to the TV 

on which you make them. Follow the same instructions above to make changes on each TV with 

a STB in your home.
