> No color
•
Make sure the current TV program is broadcast in color.
•
Adjust the TV color controls.
> STB does not work
•
Verify that the STB is plugged into an electrical outlet that is not controlled by a wall switch, OR
if the electrical outlet is controlled by a wall switch, make sure the switch is in the ON position.
•
Verify that all cables are properly connected.
> Channel banner displays “ ??? ” instead of the channel number
•
Press the INFO button on the remote control. You may have pressed the Power button before all
of the data for the IPG was received by the STB.
> TV screen displays a message indicating that the STB is automatically updating its software
•
Wait for the time to display on the LED before continuing with your installation process.
