If your STB does not perform as expected, the following tips may help. If you need further
assistance, contact EATEL.
> No picture/No Sound
•
Verify that your TV, STB and other components are plugged into an electrical outlet that is not
controlled by a wall switch.
•
Verify that all cables are properly connected.
•
Verify that the power to your TV is turned on.
•
If your system includes a VCR and/or stereo, verify that you have properly connected them
to the STB.
•
Verify that your TV is tuned to the proper output channel (3 or 4).
•
Verify that the volume is turned up.
•
Verify that the Bypass feature is disabled.
> Distorted picture
•
Verify that all cables are properly connected.
•
Adjust the TV to channel 3 or 4.
