Once the license has been installed then the feature has to be enabled and configured, this is done in
Tools > Options > Server > PCI Compliance.
The settings are described in the table below:

Start Recording

This is the DTMF sequence used by a user on the PBX to
start
recording
again after it has been stopped. Enter # or * and a digit(s) as required.
Stop Recording
command (Agent)
This is the DTMF sequence used by a user on the PBX to
stop
recording.
Enter # or * and a digit(s) as required.
Start Recording
command (Customer)
This is the DTMF sequence used to start recording again after it has
been stopped by the outside caller. Enter # or * and a digit(s) as
required.
Stop Recording
command (Customer)
This is the DTMF sequence used by the outside caller to
stop
recording.
Enter # or * and a digit(s) as required.
DTMF Detection
interval (seconds)
The number of seconds between dialling the first and last digits to pause
recording. If the DTMF digits are spread over a longer interval, the
sequence will not be detected. The max value is 15 seconds.
Restart recording
timeout
Set the maximum duration not to record in seconds. When recording
has been paused it will automatically restart after this timer expires. If
the value is set to 0 then recording will only restart when the start
command is sent again.
