Pause
Set when the decoder enters the paused state. When using “Pause on First
Frame,” this bit gets set when the paused frame is reached. The bit is cleared
when playback is resumed.
Preload
Indicates that the decoder is loading data into the MPEG hardware but playback
has not begun. After the decoder channel has received the MPEG Play command,
the decoder normally takes some amount of time to preload MPEG data before
audio and video is generated.
During a “Pause on First Frame,” the Play bit (byte 2 bit 0) does not get set until
Resume occurs. The Preload bit will remain set while the decoder is paused on the
first frame. Preload is cleared when playback starts, i.e., when the Play bit is set.
Primary PS Fault
When set, indicates that the primary power supply has failed.
Secondary PS Fault
When set, indicates that the secondary power supply has failed.
Fan Fault
When set, indicates that the cooling fan RPM is out of its specified range (fan
failure).
SCSI Error Count
Counts the number of “Unrecoverable Error” SCSI errors which have occurred
since power-up.
