BODY/FRAME
Engine Area
Check engine area for any damage and
leaks. Ensure all hose clamps are prop-
erly secured and no hose is cracked,
kinked or otherwise damaged.
Inspect muffler, battery and reservoir
fastening devices.
Check electrical connections for corro-
sion and tightness.
Replace or have damaged parts re-
paired.
Hitch/Trailer Ball Condition
(if so equipped)
Check tightness of fasteners and
tightness/condition of trailer ball. Prop-
erly retighten as necessary and replace
ball if worn.
Frame Fasteners
Check fastener condition and tight-
ness on the vehicle. Retighten as re-
quired.
Seat Fasteners
Check tightness of seat fasteners. Re-
torque or replace if necessary.
Vehicle Cleaning and
Protection
Never use the high pressure washer
to clean the vehicle USE LOW PRES-
SURE ONLY (like a garden hose).
The high pressure can cause electrical
or mechanical damages.
Painted parts which are damaged
should be properly repainted to pre-
vent rust.
When required, wash the body with
hot water and soap (only use mild de-
tergent). Apply non-abrasive wax.
NOTICE
Never clean plastic parts
with strong detergent, degreasing
agent, paint thinner, acetone, etc.
