Making Changes to Audio Output Router
The Audio Output Router is used to route the video channel
PLAYER
transport sources—routing them into each physical audio output
connector on the Mira server rear panel (or on the AES Digital Audio Breakout Panel, if that option is fitted).
Mira 4-Channel & 8-Channel Servers
To open the Mira Engineering Setup window shown below, perform the procedure “Launching Mira Engineering Setup Utility” found on page 173 above.
1.Click “Audio Router” tab.
2.Click “Audio Output Router” sub-tab.
3.Click desired “Ch Output” sub-tab, for the desired channel transport output audio connectors on which you would like to
change the audio routing.
4.Use pull-downs to assign the desired physical transport
PLAYER
output audio tracks to the selected channel’s physical audio
output connectors on the Mira server rear panel (or on the AES breakout panel, if that hardware option is installed).
5.Click
to accept changes.
Available Assignments for Transport Output Channel
Connectors
ChA PLAYER — ChD PLAYER (4-Channel Mira)
(or)
ChA PLAYER — ChH PLAYER (8-Channel Mira)
Selects which channel’s transport media PLAYER is
assigned to the selected channel’s physical SDI
Embedded Audio Output connector’s audio Track.
Track
Selects which audio track from the selected media
PLAYER is assigned to the selected channel’s
physical SDI Embedded Audio Output connector’s
audio Track.
