Type C Allow 1,2,3 for MITEL SX 100/200 Teltronics 319
Installer must first program the generic 319 to have the following attributes for this feature to
work.
1)
Enable option 409 (allow ext. to change COS)
2)
Assign access code to feature 58 (allow Ext. to change COS)
3)
Setup COS values 11, 12, 13 for the following call restrictions
COS 11 should be restrictions to be assigned to Allow 1 (i.e. free calls 0 & 1800)
COS 12 should be restrictions to be assigned to Allow 2 (i.e. Above plus local)

Select Program 116 to ENABLE dial out. (default is DISABLED)
Leave the next screen at default value of 1 (Dialing speed)
Select Phone system type to TELTRONICS 319 or DEAN COMMUNICATIONS - the difference between
the two is that for Teltronics system, a guest room's line will be restricted to Allow 1, when it is either
